To make it simpler, drive in to the nearest panel workshop and deliver your car there. The panel workshop personnel will make the necessary arrangements to get your car windscreen replaced. You can then collect your car from the panel workshop without even opening your wallet*! If you have included the value of the lamination which is tinting or UV protection in your sum insured for your windscreen coverage, you can also make a claim for the lamination.
