Ford Focus ST and Focus Sport+ is the Official Vehicle Sponsor of Pop Culture Live! ‘Electrochicks’ Tour
Ford in Malaysia recently provided the all-new Focus ST and all-new Focus Sport+ as touring vehicles for the Pop Culture Live! ‘Electrochicks’ Tour across the country. The ‘Electrochicks’ Tour hosted some of the most talented female DJs of electronic dance music, including notable Thai DJs EThemiz and Faahsai. The tour was a highly energetic event held over three days between 1 – 3 August.
The all-new Ford Focus ST and all-new Focus Sport+ transported the DJs to three of Malaysia’s hottest clubs in style – Zouk Club in Kuala Lumpur; S.O.S. Club in Ipoh; and Cuvee in Penang.

The venues were packed with hundreds of fans who danced the night away, revelling in the rave-like party atmosphere created by the highly charged rhythms and beats that the amazing female DJs were spinning.
DJ EThemiz and DJ Faahsai are no strangers to the electronic dance music scene. DJ Ethemiz, also known as Nicky BangkokElectro, was first runner-up at the 2012 Pioneer Lady DJ Championship. Together with her Electrochicks counterpart, DJ Faahsai, also known as Electro Tech House Wondergirl, these women share an immense passion for electronic music, frequently appearing at top venues across Thailand. Known for their energetic shows, these two embody the power, performance and charisma of the all-new Ford Focus ST and the all-new Ford Focus Sport+.
The Ford Focus was the best-selling vehicle nameplate in the world last year. Based on Ford’s analysis of Polk’s most recently global vehicle registration data, the Ford Focus retains that ranking through the first quarter of 2013 with global vehicle registrations up 18 per cent year-over-year.
