MMER 2013 DAY BREAK AT SEPANG BRINGS SURPRISES
After an intensive nine hours of competition the MMER 2013 leader board has produced some surprising results. Setting the pace at the top of the time sheets is Clearwater Racing in their Ferrari 458 Italia GT3, followed closely behind by Italian race outfit, AF Corse and their 458 GT3. Australian team Roger Lago in the Lamborghini LP560-4 is in third followed by Nexus Naza Racing in the Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 and LKM Racing in the Porsche GT3R in fifth place.
Thus far, all teams have displayed impressive resolve in overcoming the challenges of night racing alongside the fatigue of running a race for over nine hours. Nevertheless, there have been some retirements in the race in the early hours of the morning with six DNFs so far coming from the Touring Production category.
