Ford Opens New Full-Service Facility in Klang
Ford Motor Company, through its distribution partner, Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), announced the opening of a new 3S Centre in Klang.Strategically located along Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, the new facility is part of Ford’s continued dealer network expansion and customer service enhancements in Malaysia. Ford now has 47 dealer locations nationwide that offer both sales and service, with plans to reach a total of 50 within this year.
Operated by Semangat Anggun Auto Sdn Bhd, this new 3S Centre is a significant upgrade from the previous facility, and includes a showroom, service centre and spare parts department. The Ford Klang dealership is one of Semangat Anggun Auto’s three Ford dealer outlets.
“We continue to further enhance our dealer network and customer service offerings to support the ongoing product-led transformation of our business in Malaysia. This upgraded facility will help support our efforts to provide the very best customer and ownership experience,” said David Westerman, managing director, Malaysia and Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Ford Motor Company.
The Ford Klang 3S Centre features a showroom that is open seven days a week, and will display a range of Ford global vehicles available in Malaysia, which currently includes the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost and 1.5L variants, Kuga, Focus and Ranger. The upgraded facility now features a comfortable, user-friendly lounge with free Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities that ensure convenience for customers.The adjacent service centre, which is open six days a week, has three service bays and is equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, as well as staffed by Ford-trained technicians.This new facility is part of an on-going effort by Ford and SDAC to upgrade existing Ford dealer showrooms, in addition to expanding the dealer network, which will provide more complete coverage nationwide and customer convenience.

Urban Playground Campaign
The Klang 3S Centre is participating in the Ford ‘Fiesta 1.0L Urban Playground’ experiential tour to support the arrival of the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost in Malaysia.This weekend, 10-11 May, visitors to the Klang outlet can test drive the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost to experience its best-in-class power and performance, superior handling and acceleration.Customers who place a booking for the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost during these two days will also receive an exclusive Edifier headset upon registration.
Through the eight consecutive weekends of the Fiesta 1.0L Urban Playground tour, Ford is also giving away one limited LG Pocket Photo smart mobile printer a week.
