Ford Celebrates 111Years of Heritage; Offers new Fiesta Special Edition and Attractive Deals in Malaysia
This month, Ford Motor Company is celebrating its annual Heritage Month in Malaysia in honour of the company’s 111th anniversary. “Our Heritage Month celebrations give us the opportunity every year to rally around and appreciate the many industry-shaping contributions that Ford Motor Company has made throughout our history,” said David Westerman, managing director, Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Ford Motor Company.
“From the first moving assembly line more than 100 years ago, and the introduction of our iconic Mustang 50 years back, to the countless industry ‘firsts’ such as airbags that we now take for granted, the auto industry would be very different today without all of the production and technology breakthroughs by Ford,” explained Westerman.
To celebrate, Ford’s sole distribution partner in Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), will be offering customers special deals and promotions through 30 June.
Special offers for customers include a monthly instalment plan from as low as RM568 per month as well as a rebate of RM5,000 for the new Ford Fiesta 1.5L variant.
Customers who purchase an all-new Focus variant or all-new Ford Kuga in June will enjoy an attractive interest rate of 1.36 percent, in addition to rebates of RM3,500 for the Focus and RM9,000 for the Kuga.
Additionally, Ford has made available 100 units of the new Fiesta 1.5L Special Edition for purchase in Peninsular Malaysia from 14 June onwards. Priced at RM91,8884, the new Fiesta 1.5L Special Edition variant is available in Arctic White.
The new Ford Fiesta Special Edition offers the signature stylish design of the new Fiesta as well as the smart and safety features available in the 1.5L variants including Ford SYNC™, Electronic Stability Control with Traction Control System, Hill Launch Assist, Smart Keyless Entry with Ford’s Push Start Button and Rear Parking Aid with Park Pilot.
Added features offered in the new Ford Fiesta Special Edition variant include a distinctive full body kit, SE decals, Day Time Running Lights, Blaupunkt Blue Magic Subwoofer, Philip Vision Ultra lights and scuff plates.
The Heritage Month special deals, combined with Ford’s Extended Service Plan (ESP), make this a great time to buy a Ford. Available for all passenger vehicles, Ford ESP is a three-year or 60,000km maintenance programme designed to provide added peace of mind and ease of ownership to customers at no extra cost.
Existing Ford customers can also benefit from this month-long celebration and enjoy complimentary multi-point inspections across all models, as well as ‘The Works Fuel Saver Package’ with 15 percent discounts for engine oil (Motorcraft and Castrol) and oil filters.
