Gan Mei Yan Surprises Customers @ Shell Station
Shell customers were pleasantly surprised when they pulled into Milyar Mutiara Enterprise station, SH Jelutong Expressway to refuel their vehicles and were greeted by multi-talented artiste, Gan Mei Yan. The surprise appearance was part of a festive carnival at the station held by the station in support of the “Shell Easy Win” contest, which kicked off on 7 July, 2014.
Visitors to the station enjoyed a range of fun and exciting activities and games such as Shell V-Power Full Tank Challenge and Shoot and Win Game with participants getting a chance to walk away with exclusive Shell FuelSave 95 merchandise. Drivers at the carnival also got a free fuel efficiency check comprising a tyre pressure and car boot inspection, as well as advice on using the right fuel for their needs.
Besides meeting and greeting customers, Mei Yan shared her experience on being a smarter driver by being more fuel efficient which she learnt from practising the Shell FuelSave Tips. The intiative is in line with Shell’s commitment to fuel efficiency, as it encourages drivers to make smarter choices on the road and in life.
Carnivals are held nationwide throughout the “Shell Easy Win” contest, which lasts for ten weeks from 7 July, 2014 to 14 September, 2014. Over 2,510 winners stand a chance to take home the cash prize of up to RM40,000 weekly throughout the entire contest period.
Participation is easy, as customers simply need to spend RM30 at any Shell station nationwide to be eligible to win RM20,000 weekly. Shell V-Power users stand a chance of doubling their winnings up to RM40,000.
