Shell FuelSave Ambassador, Fahrin Ahmad Surprises Customers At Station

Malaysia customers were pleasantly surprised when they pulled into the Magzon Trading Shell station in Setia Alam to refuel their vehicles and was greeted by Shell FuelSave Ambassador, Fahrin Ahmad himself. The surprise appearance was part of a festive carnival at the station held by the station in support of the “Shell Easy Win” contest, which kicked off on 7 July, 2014.

Visitors to the station enjoyed a range of fun and exciting activities and games such as Shell V-Power Full Tank Challenge and Shoot and Win Game with participants getting a chance to walk away with exclusive Shell FuelSave 95 merchandise.

Besides meeting and greeting customers, Fahrin Ahmad also shared his experience on the Shell FuelSave Tips, highlighting how drivers can improve the performance of their car and drive better mileage. This is in line with Shell’s commitment to fuel efficiency, as it encourages drivers to make smarter choices on the road and in life.

“Shell is dedicated to helping motorists get more out of their fuel, and is rewarding those who make the smarter choice of spending with them. Whether it is by practicing the Shell FuelSave Tips or choosing the right fuel, Malaysian drivers now have one less thing to worry about, so that they can enjoy a better overall lifestyle,” said Fahrin.

Mazbin Ali, the station retailer, was also happy to be the host for the carnival. The success of the carnival at Magzon Trading Shell station proved that the station was more than just a place to stop, refuel and rest.

“We are pleased to host this carnival in support of the Shell Easy Win campaign, as we believe in sharing the importance of making smarter choices that take you further in life and on the road. With the help of Shell FuelSave Ambassador, Fahrin Ahmad, we hope our patrons now know how to get even more out of their fuel for a smoother, more enjoyable journey,” she said.

Carnivals will be held nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia throughout the “Shell Easy Win” contest, which lasts for ten weeks from 7 July, 2014 to 14 September, 2014. Over 2,510 winners stand a chance to take home the cash prize of up to RM40,000 weekly throughout the entire campaign period.

Participation is easy, as customers simply need to spend RM30 at any Shell station nationwide to be eligible to win RM20,000 weekly. Shell V-Power users stand a chance of doubling their winnings up to RM40,000.
