BMW Unleashes M Cars in Sepang
BMW Group Malaysia and BMW M GmBH recently held the BMW M Track Experience Malaysia 2015 at the world class Sepang International Circuit (SIC).
The BMW M Track Experience is a motorsport experiential program by the BMW Group where participants experience the power, dynamism and the thrill of the latest premium vehicles from the BMW M division which included the BMW M135i, the BMW M3, the BMW M5, the BMW M6 Gran Coupe as well as the latest BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M vehicles which were only recently introduced in Malaysia.
Officiating the BMW M Track Festival Malaysia 2015, Mr. Thomas Senser, Director of Finance and Administration, BMW Group Malaysia said, “The BMW M Track Experience Malaysia event allows our customers to experience the promise behind the letter M – the Most Powerful Letter in the World and with that, we will also be introducing the two very powerful BMW vehicles – the all-new BMW X5 M and all-new BMW X6 M here in Malaysia for the very first time.”
Mr. Senser added that each M vehicle from BMW M GmbH is built from the ground up with the DNA and passion for Motorsports. The exclusively equipped cars meet even the highest demands of agility, dynamics and power with ease. Combining powerful and efficient engines with an expressive design, top-class functionality and defined Sheer Driving Pleasure, each M vehicle is also evidence of how much passion BMW has put into the construction of each individual vehicle.
Over the course of four days, over 300 participants and BMW M enthusiasts from Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and Hong Kong were put through a series of activities that showcased the entire BMW M range – from exhilarating track driving to technical indoor drifting, along with the opportunity to feel the excitement on track, being driven by a BMW Instructor.
