Can Volkswagen Win Back Customers Trust With BIG Discounts?
Volkswagen Malaysia is embarking on a program to win back their customers…..it will be a long journey but it needs to start sometime and it starts with their current big blowout sale which started a week ago. Current stocks of Passat sedan, Jetta TSI and the evergreen Polo are on sale with big big big discounts. This immediately upsets a large number of current Volkswagen Passat, Jetta and Polo owners as their cars immediately are losing value in the used car market.
We believes that Volkswagen will succeed in winning back customers’ trust after admitting to their after sales and reliability issues and fixing the issues quickly at all the dealers. The next step is the effort of the dealers and their willingness to work fast and professionally to fix issues and put cars back on the road in the minimum of time.
Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Polo is selling for RM69,888 (previously was RM85,000) and it is just RM88,888 for the Jetta TSI (previously was RM130,000) and you just pay RM115,888 for the Passat sedan where previously it was selling for RM178,888.
