Guitarist Shows the Difference Between V10, V8 and V6 F1 Engine Sounds
Many F1 fans miss the sounds the old engines used to make. Most were alright with the switch to V10 engines, and many still didn’t mind the noises of the V8. But as this video demonstrates, the sound signature of the V6 just doesn’t quite capture the spirit of F1 quite like the rest. Still, emission regulations are there for a reason.
Perhaps FormulaE will give us simulated sounds over the loudspeaker to compensate.
