Triumph Motorcycles New Heritage Classic Range Officially Available in Malaysia
Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s Exclusive Official Distributor of Triumph Motorcycles, today officially introduced four new iconic Bonneville models here as part of the next generation of its new heritage classic range.
The Bonneville range, designed with timeless style and iconic character in mind, has just introduced three new motorcycles to the market.
Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd unveiled the sensational new bikes to the media at the official launch held at the Glasshouse in Taman Seputeh in Kuala Lumpur here today.
Present at the event was YBhg Dato’ Razak Al-Malique Hussain, Chief Operating Officer of Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd, Encik Fazli Shukor, National Sales Manager of Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd and Mr. Panagiotis Mavrikos, Technical and After-Sales Manager of Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd.
Also present was Mr. Mark McConnell, Regional Export Sales Manager – Asia Pacific for Triumph Motorcycles UK Limited and Malaysian dealers from Triumph Bukit Mertajam (Penang) and Triumph Kuching (Sarawak) as guests.
The Street Twin is the most contemporary, fun and accessible new Bonneville, powered by an all-new high torque 900cc engine. With its unique character, distinctive sound, stripped-back styling and dynamic riding experience, the new Street Twin is the perfect Bonneville for today’s rider and the perfect starting point for personalization. In many ways, this modern classic offers motorcycle fans the perks of modernity, while maintaining a classic silhouette. It is billed as the ultimate all-rounder, daily ride, featuring high quality finished and intricate design details.
The next is the Triumph Bonneville T120 which is a 1200cc machine and offers ageless detailing, innovative rider-focused technology, and rider control, safety and character. The same motorcycle also comes in the Bonneville T120 Black, which is built with matte black detailing and takes the classic to a new level with real attitude, individuality and style. The timeless style and iconic character of the original 1959 model is reborn with the T120 range.
The fourth bike in the Bonneville range is the flagship Triumph Thruxton R, inspired by Triumph’s racing success, and reviving its rich cafe racer heritage. The 1200cc Thruxton R gives nothing less than superior power, quality handling and striking styling. It is the ultimate modern classic cafe racers, with beautifully imposing and authentic styling, they have the power, braking, performance and handling to live up to their legendary name.

The new 2016 Bonnevilles will be the first to feature anti-lock braking system (ABS), ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, liquid cooling and on the 1200cc models, twin disc braking at the front of the bike and selectable rider modes. The new bikes are accompanied by the introduction of a new range of over 470 parts and accessories, along with a selection of ready-made inspiration kits, designed to enable every rider to easily truly personalize their bikes.
