2,000 Bookings for New Honda City in 10 Days

Honda Malaysia has announced that it has achieved the one month booking target of 2,000 units for the new City within 10 days of its official launch on 2 March 2017.

The new City is the second model that was launched by Honda Malaysia this year after the BR-V. It continues the momentum of Honda sales and the company is confident of achieving its 100,000 units target for 2017. Click here to read more about the new B-segment sedan.

The V variant is the most popular variant, leading the bookings at 44% followed by the E variant at 38%. The S variant which has the most additions in terms of new value-added features experienced more than a threefold jump in bookings to 18%, as compared to its previous 5% ratio. From the bookings, Lunar Silver Metallic colour is the most sought after by customers.

Honda Malaysia assures customers that they are working hard to make sure the cars are delivered on time and that stocks are available at the current booking pace.

Adding to the two successful launches, Honda Malaysia will be celebrating another milestone at the end of this month. In conjunction with the ceremony which will be announced later, the company is organising two campaigns to reward customers.

The “Best Time to Get Best Protection” campaign offers Ecotint RayBarrier Splendour tint film at RM850 with a five year warranty, a 61% saving on the original price of RM2,200. The campaign is open to all new and existing Honda customers from now until 29 March 2017.

Apart from this, Honda Malaysia is also holding a “Digital Treasure Hunt Wall Contest” which is open to all Malaysians from 16 until 22 March 2017. All that is needed to be in the running for attractive prizes is to visit any of the 88 dealerships nationwide, take a selfie with the answer (jigsaw puzzle piece) to the question on Honda Malaysia Facebook page and post the picture on the same Facebook wall.

These activities are in addition to Honda Malaysia’s 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) or Best Deals promotion whereby Honda customers get to enjoy two years of free service (parts & labour) or cash option.
