  1. Dear Sir / Madam,

I represent the Estate of James Hunt, which owns all trademarks and copyright relating to the 1976 F1 world champion – James Hunt. The Estate is owned by James Hunt’s two sons, Tom and Freddie Hunt.

We want to kindly request you remove the article about James Hunt and Omologato off your website –

The reason for this is, the Estate of James Hunt has terminated its agreement with the watch brand Omologato earlier due to a number of reasons. As a result, all content is now owned by the Estate of James Hunt and now breach a number of Estate trademarks and copyright restrictions under class 14 (watches). I can provide you with the Estate’s registered trademarks including Class 14 international and also a letter confirming I represent the Estate and I am authorised to work on their behalf.

We thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to hearing from you.
