Porsche Cayenne Coupe Testing
Porsche has a new coupe on it way and it is not a car. The Porsche Cayman and 911 continue to carry the checkered flag but Porsche management want a new product to sit between their SUV and their sport cars. So, this will be a SUV coupe.
Like the 911 and Panamera, this all new Cayenne Coupé gets an extendable wing which may not look so elegant, but it brings much needed downforce.
A glance at the Cayenne data sheet shows what this new Coupé will carry. It will start with a base 3.0-liter turbo good for 340hp and move up to a 2.9-liter Bi-Turbo engine with 440hp in the Cayenne S Coupe. Sales will be good as currently the Cayenne is selling very well and the Macan is the best-selling Porsche worldwide.
