Yamaha NVX Updated for 2019
Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has introduced the 2019 Yamaha NVX, which is now offered in three colours namely Race Blu, Fiery Red and Active Yellow. The scooter is also equipped with rear remote reservoirs to enhance handling and ride comfort.
Powering the NVX is a 155 cc single-cylinder Blue Core engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). The engine produces 14.8 hp at 8,000 rpm and 13.8 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm and sends the output the rear wheel via a V-belt automatic transmission.
As for standard equipment, the scooter comes with LED headlight and taillight, a 5.8-inch digital display, a 25-litre underseat storage compartment, a mini storage compartment with an electric socket, as well as a smart key system with keyless start function and immobilizer.
Priced at RM9,988, the new NVX will be available at authorised Yamaha dealerships beginning mid-December.
