Ducati Fans Got to Meet the Team Last Week
Malaysian Ducati fans got to meet the Mission Winnow Ducati Team’s riders Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci. The fan meet up was put together by Ducati Malaysia as part of the 2019 MotoGP World Championship preliminary test.
As part of the experience, fans were allowed to visit the team’s pit garage to meet the rest of the team as well as the actual Desmosedici GP19 bikes. A few lucky participants were selected at random for an exclusive autograph session with the riders and the rest of the Mission Winnow Ducati Team.
With the tests running throughout the day, loud cheers echoed from the grandstands of the Sepang International Circuit as fans gathered to watch both riders in action on their Desmosedici GP19 bikes around the race circuit. Ducati fans were also given a pleasant surprise as they viewed the accessorised Ducati Panigale V4 on display up close.
The tests started on 6th February with positive results as new member Petrucci finished in fifth place in the standings – with a personal best of 2:00.051.
