Volvo Setia Alam 3S Centre Launched

Volvo Car Malaysia continues to strengthen the brand’s foothold in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the launch of its newest 3S centre in Setia Alam. The facility is operated by its newly appointed dealer, Motion Beyond.

The opening affirms Volvo Car Malaysia’s commitment to better service its customers by expanding its dealer network and put in place measures to improve overall customer experience.

“Since we started the transformation plan, we have seen a tremendous upvote from our customers based on the surveys conducted. As a people-centric brand, this is an important indicator that we are heading in the right direction,” said Lennart Stegland, the Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia.

Strategically located at the border between Shah Alam and Klang, Volvo Setia Alam adheres to Volvo’s global showroom and service standards called Volvo Retail Experience (VRE). There are three service bays in the workshop area.

“Both Klang and Shah Alam are matured townships with great market potential for luxury car brands. We are happy to be a part of the Volvo Cars and we are confident that Volvo’s new model line-up will appeal to this demographic,” said Joshua Lee, the Managing Director of Motion Beyond.

Volvo Setia Alam showroom opens from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on Sundays and public holidays. The service centre opens from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closes on Sundays and public holidays.
