Cyan Racing’s Lynk & Co 03 Racer is Now Ready!
Lynk & Co and Cyan Racing (formerly known as Polestar) are done testing their ultra-fast sports sedan. The Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept first showed itself in October last year, a month after the base 03 was revealed.
Engine
Cyan Racing have extracted 528hp and 504Nm of torque from the 2-litre, 4-cylinder engine. It now revs all the way up to 8000rpm and sends its power to the front wheels via a 6-speed sequential gearbox.
Transmission
That transmission shifts gears in just 60 milliseconds, giving the Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept a 0-100km/h time of just 4.4 seconds. It’ll keep going all the way to 310km/h. Proper supercar speeds out of a 2-litre turbo!
The rest of it
Besides the engine and gearbox, Cyan Racing has also outfitted the vehicle with 20″ bespoke wheels, a Multi-plate limited slip differential, Öhlins adjustable dampers, 6-piston callipers with 378 mm ventilated discs at the front and 2-piston calipers with 290 mm ventilated discs at the rear.
The concept takes racing technology that will be used by the Cyan Racing team in the 2019 FIA World Touring Car Cup.
