UMW Toyota Motor Opens A New 2S Centre in PJ
Sales and Service centres are the backbone of any successful car company. That is why UMW Toyota have opened yet another 2S centre in Selangor.
This new centre, located in Taman Petaling Utama is strategically located between the dense urban areas of Petaling Jaya, Puchong and Kinrara. It is being operated by Laser Motor Sdn Bhd who have been authorised dealers of Toyota for 16 years now.
They also operate other Toyota showrooms, such as the one in Bangsar as well as a 4S centre in Seremban.
The new 2S outlet has a spacious and comfortable customer lounge as well as free wifi service. It has 14 work bays and is staffed by 13 trained technicians.

Besides providing ever better products, UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) recognizes the importance of supporting customers with a comprehensive network. Over the years, its network continues to grow at strategic locations, as well as being upgraded to suit the latest trend and to serve customers better.
Recently, a new 2S (service and spare parts) outlet was opened at Taman Petaling Utama, a growing area between Petaling Jaya, Puchong and Kinrara in Selangor. The facility is operated by Laser Motor Sdn Bhd who has a long association with Toyota when they became an authorised dealer about 16 years ago with a showroom in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
Since then, it has expanded its operations which now includes outlet in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan which offer comprehensive aftersales services including Body & Paint services.
Mr. Ravindran K. President of UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd said, “We commend the Laser Motor Group on their initiative to enhance their facilities within the Toyota network in Malaysia. With more outlets in strategic locations, customers will not have to go far to acquire quality sales and aftersales services.”
The new 2S outlet has a spacious and comfortable customer lounge for owners to relax while waiting for work to be done on their vehicles. Full amenities are provided for their comfort and convenience, and those who are busy will be able to stay connected with the free wifi service.
