Next Bike Issues Updated Statement on Last Week’s Flash Flood

Next Bike Sdn Bhd, the official importer and distributor of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia, has issued an updated statement regarding last week’s flash flood at the Ducati PJ showroom.

According to the company, its team has thoroughly assessed all customers’ bikes in accordance to guidelines set by Ducati Motor Holding. The owners involved are also being constantly updated about the status of their bikes.

The company is working with relevant to ensure that their demo and stock bikes are of the highest standard and quality at all times.

As for the showroom, Next Bike assures that it will be ready for visitors and customers after the Movement Control Order (MCO) is lifted.

PRESS STATEMENT

Following the recent Klang Valley flash flood last week, Ducati Malaysia is committed to meeting the needs of their customers and all parties affected. Since last Thursday, the team has thoroughly assessed all customers’ bikes the Ducati PJ Service Centre, in accordance to stringent global guidelines set out by Ducati Motor Holding. We are constantly contacting the owners to provide them timely updates on the status of their bikes.

Concurrently, Next Bike is working with the relevant authorities and agencies to ensure that our demo and stock bikes are of the highest standard and quality at all times for the benefit and best interest of our customers.

This strong commitment is to be expected from the Ducati brand renowned for its worldwide reputation. Thus, it is our duty to provide customers with Ducati bikes of top-notch quality.

Please be assured that once the Movement Control Order (MCO) is lifted, the Ducati PJ Showroom will be ready for customers and Ducatistis to visit and view the latest Ducati and Scrambler bike models, as well as new models that are in the line-up for the year.

Additionally, Ducati Sungai Buloh and Ducati Penang have taken safety and precautionary measures to welcome customers for sales and after-sales post-MCO.
