Facelifted Honda CR-V Now Open For Booking in Malaysia

Well, well, isn’t this a surprise. Without any warning, Honda Malaysia has opened up bookings for their facelifted CR-V. The 5th generation Honda CR-V first appeared in the Malaysian market in 2017 and it brought major advances to the segment.

The facelift model will be arriving by Q4 2020 and looks to up the game for Honda. There are some noticeable differences in design on this new model. A new black grille, front bumper and revised chrome fascia will make it stand out against its predecessor. Round the back you’ll find dark chrome garnish pieces and smoked taillights for a more aggressive look.

The CR-V contributed 19%** to the overall Non-National SUV segment, making it one of the most popular and beloved Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) in the market. It went on to achieve a leading position in the SUV segment and market share with over 100,000* units sold since then. We are confident that the New CR-V will not only continue to live up to this stellar track record, but also regain its status as No.1 in the Non-National SUV segment as it offers a complete package comprising bold exterior, VTEC Turbocharged engine as well as Next Generation Advanced Safety Technology – Honda SENSING.
