50 Units Of The Lexus RC F Fuji Speedway Edition Available For 2022
The Lexus RC F Fuji Speedway Edition is back for 2022, this time only 50 will be available.
The Lexus RC F doesn’t quite have the appeal as some German performance models from AMG, BMW M and Porsche, but it still has a niche carved out for itself. The large 5.0L naturally aspirated V8 engine is probably the main appeal, but the car has always suffered from its weight issues.
This is why Lexus created a lightweight Track Edition, which shaved off 80kg and then brought this weight reduction further with the limited edition Fuji Speedway Edition model. This was first shown last year and limited to just 60 models. Next month, Lexus is bringing it back, this time with just 50 units available.
Compared to last year’s model the only notable difference is the new 19″ wheel design. As with before, there’s a little serialised number plate to remind people in the car of its rarity. The RC F Fuji Speedway Edition is available only in Electric Surge, a blue paint finish with a semi-matte finish. Inside, these models are kitted with black and blue Alcantara trimmed seats with Alcantara accents on the shift knob and steering wheel. There are also Lexus “F” scuff plates and badging.
