Audi Q2 Facelift Now Sold In Malaysia For RM228,526

The facelifted Audi Q2, which made its world debut back in October 2022, is now available in the country through Audi Malaysia for RM228,526 on-the-road without insurance. Note that the price mentioned is inclusive of 50% SST exemption, otherwise it will be RM236,900.
As a result of its revision, the Q2 has become 17 mm longer, now measuring 4.21 meters, while the width (1.79 meters) and height (1.54 meters) have remained the same. Beyond that, Audi has made the front fascia appear wider by positioning the Singleframe grille slight lower than before.
The local-spec Q2 is powered by a 1.4-litre TFSI engine that makes 150 PS from 5,000 to 6,000 rpm and 250 Nm of torque from 1,500 to 3,000 rpm. Power is sent to the front wheels via an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission.
Equipment-wise, the compact crossover is equipped with Matrix LED headlamps, which are accompanied by LED rear lights (with dynamic turn signals) and LED daytime running lights, as well as Y-style 17-inch alloy wheels. The exterior mirrors are power-adjustable, complete with heating, folding and auto-dimming functions, while the side blades come in body colour.
Inside, there’s a multi-function steering wheel wrapped in leather, leather/leatherette combination upholstery, ambient lighting and auto-dimming frameless rearview mirror. Creature comforts include height adjuster and four-way lumbar for the front seats, automatic air-conditioning, center armrest, as well as light/rain sensor, just to name a few.
When it comes to technology, the Q2 is pretty well equipped, coming with Audi drive select, cruise control, progressive steering and of course, the Audi virtual cockpit. Aural pleasure is provided by Audi’s very own 180-watt sound system, which comprises 10 speakers and a six-channel amplifier.
