Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia Wins Regional Retailer Of The Year Award For 2021/2022
Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia have won Retailer of the Year for 2021/22 in the Asia Pacific region.
When it comes to the premium market in Malaysia, neither Jaguar nor Land Rover have a significant share of annual sales. However, that doesn’t mean Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia isn’t doing a fantastic job. Both of these brands trail German and Swedish rivals in just about every market around the world, but in Malaysia they at least have the brand prestige to draw a different class of customer.
Taking exceptional care of these customers is the brand principle Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM). The company took home the title of Retailer of the Year for the Asia Pacific region at the recent Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards 2021/22 ceremony for the third time. JLRM also won regional awards in Marketing, Customer Service and Sales.

JLRM went up against retailers in 13 countries across the region and this is the second consecutive year JLRM won in this category. They also won at the 2018/2019 Awards.

The Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards uses specific performance criteria across marketing, sales, customer service, staff training and retailer presentation to assess nominees. The award is said to carry international recognition, benchmarking retailers to the highest standards of the retail customer experience.
