Ducati Malaysia Wins Big At Global Dealer Conference
This year, Ducati Malaysia won 3 Global Recognitions
Ducati Malaysia, under the management of Next Bike sdn bhd was recently recognized for their global excellence particularly in the APAC region. Winning three illustrious accolades on a global stage to reflect their stellar performance was a proud moment for both brands during the Ducati Global Dealer Conference 2022.
The aforementioned three awards won by Ducati Malaysia were Global Distributor Of The Year 2022, Best Marketing Team 2022 APAC, and Best Commercial After Sales Team 2022 APAC. These titles were well earned and the proof is in the fact that Ducati have been really busy pumping out a bunch of quality bikes this year.
The annual Ducati Global Dealer Conference is held to celebrate and bring together the global network of Ducati dealerships. It was held digitally over recently for obvious reasons but returned to a fully physical format this year between 16 and 18 October 2022. It was held at the breathtaking Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, Italy.
On top of the stunning location and setting, the momentum of both Ducati Malaysia and Next Bike sdn bhd kept building with the three monumental achievements this year following their impressive run last year which saw the two brands take home the titles of Best Marketing Team 2021 APAC and Best Commercial After Sales Team 2021 APAC.
Moreover, this is also a proud moment for Malaysia and the Malaysian Ducati community as it brings up the name of not just the Ducati brand but also the whole Malaysian motorcycle industry. It also exemplifies the stellar performance of the Ducati dealers across the globe, especially the ones here at home.
Additionally, these achievements also serve as proof of the endless hard work and effort that the local network of Ducati dealers put in everyday that continue to bring the brand closer to their customers. It also serves as motivation for Next Bike sdn bhd to keep elevating the Ducati customer experience in Malaysia.
This includes locations like Ducati Sungai Buloh at Welly World Cycle, Ducati Penang at Sheng Fatt Motor Sdn. Bhd, Ducati Kuala Lumpur at Madani Greatlink Sdn Bhd and Ducati Johor Bahru at Ultra Maxlink Sdn Bhd.
