Auto Bavaria Chan Sow Lin offers a more comprehensive BMW retail experience
Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised BMW dealership network in Malaysia, has officially unveiled its newest refurbished showroom that features upgraded facilities and renewed services tailored to the modern conscious customer offering a retail experience for the brand in Malaysia unlike any other.
Located in Chan Sow Lin (CSL), this revamped showroom will be displaying the vehicles from the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) and MINI Used Car Next (MUCN) portfolios. This will definitely help the brand grow exponentially here in Malaysia as CSL is a very common destination for many Malaysians.
Moreover, the Auto Bavaria CSL showroom, located at No. 8, Jalan Dua, Off Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan spans an impressive 35,000 square feet across the Ground and First floors, providing ample space for customers to explore the enhanced, customer-centric facilities available at the dealership allowing for a “one stop shop” kind of experience.
Upon entering the showroom, customers will discover a newly enhanced space with contemporary décor, alongside customer-centric amenities such as customer consultation stages and a central hospitality area, as well as the BMW bar and lounge where they can relax and refresh during their visit.
The showroom also features a dedicated Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle area, allowing customers to browse for their vehicle’s next upgrade or explore a range of iconic BMW & MINI merchandise so fans of both brands can find something they like and leave with a smile on their face.
On top of that, with a dedicated team of six staff members, Auto Bavaria CSL offers heightened and personalised services aimed at delivering a more streamlined experience for customers. Familiar facilities such as the Sales Lounge, Service Consultation Lounge, Reception at the Car (RATC) bay, and Multifunctional Handover Bay are strategically provided for customer convenience.
In line with BMW Group Malaysia’s dedication to enhancing accessibility to charging infrastructures, Auto Bavaria CSL plays an active role in this initiative by providing equipped AC and DC charging facilities at the dealership which operates from 8AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday, and from 8AM to 12:30PM on Saturdays.
