The MG ZS EV enters Malaysia with a great price and awesome benefits
MG makes a splashing re entry to the Malaysian market with 2 models, one of them being the sole variant of the MG ZS EV which starts at RM 125,999 in Malaysia and comes with a 7-year or 150,000km mileage vehicle warranty (whichever comes first), and 8-year or 180,000km mileage battery warranty (whichever comes first).
MG also offers a 1-to-1 battery exchange should the battery’s state-of-health dips below 70 percent during the battery’s warranty coverage in condition, whichever comes sooner. All of these aimed to provide MG customers the peace-of-mind they deserve.

In a bold move to ensure complete peace of mind, SAIC Motor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Introduces the groundbreaking MG Insurance Program (MIP). Partnering with industry-leading insurers Berjaya Sompo Insurance, Allianz Malaysia and Generali Malaysia MG owners will receive additional EV protection.
On top of that, this protection includes unlimited towing cost coverage, where the EV will be towed to the nearest charging point operator should it run out of battery during your journey as well as home wall box charger coverage up to RM 10,000 reimbursement should the wall box charger be stolen, or damaged by external factors.
Additionally with Allianz Malaysia under the Allianz EV Shield program, should the EV caught fire caused by the Wall box charger, EVSE charging cable or public charging station, customers will be compensated with up to RM 5,000 on top of the usual vehicle insurance coverage.
