Dinamikjaya Motors Sdn Bhd, the exclusive distributor of Kia in Malaysia, proudly announces the launch of the All-New EV9, the Korean brand’s flagship all-electric SUV which is now open for booking starting at RM 368,888. It also comes in two versions to choose from, specifically either a 6 or 7-seater configuration.
Since its debut in March 2023, the Kia EV9 has garnered prestigious accolades including the 2024 World Car of The Year and the Red Dot Award for Product Design 2024 in the Cars and Motorcycle category. This three-row flagship SUV represents the brand’s commitment to sustainable mobility, built on the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP).
Moreover, the Kia EV9 showcases bold styling inspired by Kia’s “Opposites United” design philosophy, blending natural and modern elements for a distinctive appearance. It features a 3,100mm wheelbase and measures 5,010mm long, 1,980mm wide, and 1,755mm tall, embodying a contemporary and unique character.
The front of the Kia EV9 boasts a confident and calm design with a distinctive “Digital Tiger Face” (no doubt an electrified play on the brand’s previous “tiger nose grille” on its petrol models) and a dynamic “Digital Pattern Lighting Grille.” The rear features sophisticated “Stereo” LED daytime running lights (DRL) creating a recognizable lighting pattern.
On top of that, on the inside, the Kia EV9 offers a spacious, adaptable, and technology-focused experience tailored for families or for anyone who needs versatility. The cabin features recycled materials and advanced technology including dual 12.3-inch touch screens for seamless vehicle control.
Safety and connectivity are, of course, paramount on the Kia EV9, with features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a fast wireless smartphone charger, and a 14-speaker Meridian surround audio system.
