BYD Sime Motors is proud to partner with the Ministry of Transport Malaysia (MOT) on “Jom Pandu BYD Bersama MOT”, a six-month initiative supported by Gentari Go to drive EV adoption and reduce carbon emissions.
The official launch of this partnership was held at the MOT office, officiated by YB Loke Siew Fook, Minister of Transport, and Jeffrey Gan, Managing Director of Southeast Asia, Sime Motors.




As part of the programme, the Ministry will test drive BYD’s full EV lineup, supported by two newly installed EV chargers at the MOT headquarters by Gentari.
This collaboration strengthens public-private partnerships and marks a significant step towards a cleaner, greener Malaysia.
