PUSPAKOM is investigating and will release more information soon
By now, most of us should be aware of the tragic accident that took place at Teluk Intan and the fact that a member of the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) had lost their life as a result. PUSPAKOM is aware of this and they are committed to getting to the bottom of it and so the body will be investigating it. For now, below is the statement PUSPAKOM has released.
“SHAH ALAM, 13 May – We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic accident in
Teluk Intan today, which resulted in the loss of several Federal Reserve Unit (FRU)
personnel. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to their families, colleagues,
and everyone affected by this devastating event.
At this time, the incident is under active investigation by the relevant authorities. Out
of respect for the on-going process and the people involved, PUSPAKOM will not
comment on the investigations or react to comments made in the public domain.
As always, PUSPAKOM remains committed and fully prepared to cooperate with the
authorities in any way necessary throughout the course of the investigation.
We respectfully urge the public — especially those active on social media — to refrain
from spreading unverified information or engaging in speculation. We must allow the
authorities to carry out their duties professionally.
Misinformation not only disrupts the investigation but also causes unnecessary pain
to the families affected.
We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we encourage everyone to await
official updates from the proper channels.”
So now that we know PUSPAKOM is taking this seriously and that we will know every detail about it soon when PUSPAKOM concludes its investigations, we can rest assured that at least for now, the victims are not going to be hung out to dry on their own and their families will be given all the aid they need in these trying times.
