We got to experience the acceleration of this G700 and its super luxury cabin
This is the Jetour G700 and it is a premium, full-size plug-in hybrid (PHEV) body-on-frame off-road SUV, featuring a 2.0L turbocharged engine and dual motors producing a massive 904 PS and 1,135 Nm of torque. This SUV offers an EV-only driving range with its battery system of up to 150km and a total driving range exceeding 1,000 km when the fuel tank and battery is full.
The cabin comes equipped with the Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4.0 system, which uses Lidar and 4D millimeter-wave radars to assist in navigating complex off-road scenarios.
Despite its rugged exterior, the interior is positioned as a “high-tech sanctuary”.Interior Materials: Features Nappa leather seating with massage functions.
The high luxury cabin is equipped with rear-seat entertainment screens and a premium sound system.
It is a a large vehicle measuring 5,153mm in length and 2,050mm in width, providing significant cabin space and an impressive footprint.

Off-Road Capability: Features full-time electric 4WD, air suspension, tank turn, and 900mm+ water wading depth. Has an impressive 230mm ground clearance and 900mm wading depth. Boasts a 35° approach angle and a 32.3° departure angle when fully raised.
Dimensions: Approximately 5,198 mm long, 2,050 mm wide, and 1,956 mm tall.
Design: Features a “rugged” and “intimidating” look, easily compared to premium off-roaders like the GWM Tank 500 and Denza B5.











Availability: Originally launched in China and the Middle East, with a potential release in Malaysia in late Q4 2026 as we were invited to test drive in Beijing just a week ago.
Selling Price: In China it retails from 329,900 yuan which is about RM190,000. (add logistic costs and import duties and this G700 could sell for just below RM299k).
