The MINI Countryman E and Countryman SE All4 now have more range.
The all-electric MINI Countryman is set to redefine the compact SUV segment with a suite of technological updates arriving in March 2026. Available in two distinct variants—the MINI Countryman E and the MINI Countryman SE All4—this latest evolution combines the brand’s legendary “go-kart” driving feel with a significant leap in efficiency and everyday usability.

Technological Innovation: Range and Efficiency
The standout feature of the updated lineup is the enhanced range. The MINI Countryman E now offers a purely electrical range of up to 501 kilometers (WLTP), while the more powerful SE All4 variant delivers up to 467 kilometers.

This increased range is driven by the introduction of a new silicon carbide (SiC) inverter, which drastically improves energy conversion and minimizes power loss. This is paired with an upgraded high-voltage battery system featuring a net capacity of 65.2 kWh. To further squeeze out every kilometer, MINI has introduced friction-reduced wheel bearings on the front axle to lower rolling resistance, while aerodynamic refinements have resulted in a highly competitive drag coefficient of just 0.26.

Versatility for the Modern Family
As the largest member of the MINI family, the Countryman remains a champion of practicality. The interior offers generous dimensions for passengers, and the variable trunk volume can expand up to 1,450 liters—perfect for sports gear, groceries, or weekend luggage.

Charging is equally optimized for a busy lifestyle. Utilizing fast DC charging technology, both models can charge from 10 to 80 percent in less than 30 minutes, ensuring that long-distance journeys are met with minimal downtime.

Expressive Design and the Favoured Trim
The new Countryman maintains its iconic identity while embracing a modern, expressive aesthetic. The Favoured Trim stands out as a premier choice, offering exclusive details such as the striking Blazing Blue body color, a vibrant silver roof, and silver mirror caps. The exterior is anchored by 20-inch alloy wheels in a unique Windmill Spoke Design, emphasizing the vehicle’s dynamic and rugged character.

Next-Gen Tech and Safety
The cabin is centered around a circular 24 cm OLED display, which provides a high-resolution, intuitive interface for all infotainment and navigation needs. This system also manages the vehicle’s advanced driver assistance systems, which now enable Level 2 autonomous driving. From comprehensive safety shields to maximum passenger comfort, the MINI Countryman 2026 is designed to be as smart as it is stylish.
