Porsche 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring celebrates a century of Germany’s most famous race complex.
Ahead of the Nürburgring’s 100th anniversary in 2027, Porsche has unveiled a dedicated tribute to the world’s most demanding circuit: the Porsche 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring.
The special market edition made its public debut during the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland round at the Eifel circuit. Strictly limited to just 100 units for the German market, orders will open in September 2026, with customer deliveries scheduled across the 2027 centenary year.
The edition honors the decades-long bond between the Stuttgart manufacturer and the 20.8-kilometer Nordschleife, which has served as Porsche’s primary proving ground for production sports cars and endurance racing since the 1950s.
Motorsport-Inspired Exterior and Green Hell Accents
The 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring incorporates extensive design elements that channel classic endurance racing aesthetics:
- Color Schemes: Available in White (emulating classic blank-canvas factory race cars) or GT Silver Metallic (inspired by Porsche Cup racers).
- Green Contrast Wraps: The front section and rear bumper trim feature a striking green protective wrap—a nod to the ‘Green Hell’ moniker coined by Sir Jackie Stewart and vintage factory team identification liveries. The upper and lower mirror shells and screw-in front and rear tow lugs are also finished in green, complete with white arrow recovery markings.
- Centenary Badging & Graffiti Numbers: Includes historic Nürburgring wing emblems, California Gold B-pillar badges displaying the track layout, and customizable start numbers (0 to 999) rendered in a hand-drawn font inspired by the trackside graffiti along the Nordschleife.
- Wheels & Aerodynamics: Lightweight 20-inch front and 21-inch rear forged aluminium wheels finished in high-gloss California Gold with satin-black center locks. The swan-neck rear wing features gold Porsche script on the blade underside and green sideplates with gold Nürburgring crests.
- Windscreen Sun Strip: Functional motorsport glare strip finished with golden Porsche lettering.
Driver-Focused Cockpit With Asymmetrical Detailing
Inside, the cabin features extended Black leather and Race-Tex upholstery complemented by bespoke racing details:
- Entry Experience: Black anodised brushed aluminium door sill guards feature illuminated white lettering reading “Welcome to the Green Hell”, paired with under-door LED projectors that cast the Nürburgring track map onto the ground.
- Track-Inspired Stitching: Upper dashboard and door panels showcase a unique four-line cross-pattern decorative stitch—three lines in black and one in GT Silver—mirroring the kerbstones of the circuit.
- Asymmetrical Bucket Seats: Lightweight sports bucket seats feature removable headrest pads for track helmet clearance. The driver’s side includes an embroidered Nürburgring headrest crest and a green backing layer that shows through graduated center perforations, while the passenger headrest carries GT3 embroidery.
- Cabin Controls: Outfitted with a green-painted rear roll cage, high-gloss green dash trim, a green push-to-pass button, and a steering-wheel drive mode dial inscribed with ‘Grüne Hölle’.
- Transmission Choices: Available with either a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK or a 6-speed sports manual transmission featuring green gear markings and an open-pore walnut gear knob derived from the 911 Carrera T.
Available Manthey Performance Kit and Track Pedigree
To match the anniversary edition’s track heritage, buyers can option a color-coordinated Manthey Kit. Developed by Manthey-Racing, the package includes an upgraded aerodynamic setup generating 540 kg of downforce at 285 km/h, alongside track-tuned coilover suspension and upgraded braking hardware. Demonstrating its performance capabilities, DTM champion Ayhancan Güven piloted a Manthey-equipped 911 GT3 around the Nordschleife in 6:50.853 minutes.
Buyers also receive an invitation to the exclusive Sonderwunsch Manthey Experience, offering a dedicated track and technical day with Porsche motorsport engineers near the circuit.

Available exclusively to owners of the 100 allocation slots, Porsche Design has created the Chronograph 1 – 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring:
