Mazda CX-5 SUV Finds 600 Plus New Owners_Much More Than Expected

The Mazda CX-5 is a completely new model that represents Mazda’s solution to the challenge of producing cars that deliver pleasing driving dynamics along with environmental sustainability and outstanding safety. The CX-5 is the first next-generation Mazda to adopt the entire range of the brand’s newly developed SKYACTIV® TECHNOLOGY: re-engineered engines, transmissions, bodies and chassis, and is the first Mazda to embody the all-new “KODO – Soul of Motion” design theme.
The all-new Mazda CX-5 is available in both 2WD and Intelligent 4WD modes, with varying levels of appointments, to suit different budgets and lifestyles. The All-Wheel Drive version features a newly developed AWD system with reduced weight and the minimization of energy losses through controlled torque distribution, which contributes to high fuel efficiency that is unexpected with the AWD system.
This Mazda CX-5 carries the next-generation face of Mazda centered on the new “signature wing” grille: an expression of strength and depth. The athletic and bold styling is based on Mazda’s new “KODO – Soul of Motion” design theme, conveying SUV-like sturdiness and functionality, an exceptional field of view, along with Mazda’s characteristic sense of vitality and agility.

The driver enjoys one of the highest eye points and widest field of vision in its class along with the optimal position for pedal operation. The driver seat is power adjustable six- or eight-way with power lumbar support and easy-to-reach controls.

Price and Colours
The Mazda CX-5 is fully imported from Japan and comes in two variants: the 4×2 and 4×4 which sells at RM155,219.20 and RM165,219.20 respectively ( on the road without insurance). The Mazda CX-5 is available in five colours choices; Sky Blue, Zeal Red , Crystal White Pearl, Aluminium Metallic and Metropolitan Grey.
