Toyota Motorsport GmbH unleashes the TMG Sports 650 based on Lexus LS

The TMG (Toyota Motorsport GmbH) Sports 650 is finally here. Although this is just a “concept” version, we believe that the production version of the car will look the same. Some of you may wonder why the vehicle is called the TMG Sports 650, right? The reason is simple: it is powered by a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 engine delivering 650 PS or around 641 hp.

The V8 engine is mated to an eight-speed transmission and power is transmitted to the road via the rear wheels. Based on the Lexus LS flagship sedan, the new TMG Sports 650 comes with a completely new body kit consisting of a new front bumper with integrated daytime running lights, new front grille with the TMG logo, an impressive front hood with big air inlets, new front fenders, new side sills, a new rear bumper with integrated air diffuser and four exhaust pipes (inspired by the Lexus IS-F) and a new trunk spoiler.
