REPSOL LAUNCHES LATEST MOTO FORMULA PREMIUM 4T 10W40 MULTIGRADE OIL
UMW Lubricant International Sdn Bhd (ULI), the official distributor of the world renowned Repsol motorcycle lubricant oil, unveils the latest edition to their range of products – the Repsol Moto Formula Premium 4T 10W40 multigrade oil that is specially formulated to perform at optimum levels for all motorcycle types. Mr. Megat Shahrul Azmir, Executive Director of UMW Manufacturing & Engineering Division was present to launch the products together with Mr. Noor Azmi, General Manager of UMW Lubricant International Sdn Bhd, Mr. Antonio Portela, Repsol Lubricants Director and Mr. Carlos Pascual, Repsol International Sales Lubricants Manager.
Premium Multigrade Oil for Consumers
Blended locally under strict Repsol supervision and quality control, the Repsol Moto Formula Premium 4T 10W40 and Repsol Moto Formula 4T 10W40 is formulated according to API and JASO T 903:2006 MA standards which are recommended by most automobile manufacturers. The Moto Formula 4T 10W40 is a mineral type lubricant oil while the Moto Formula Premium 4T 10W40 is a semi-synthetic type lubricant oil. Both products are fortified with the latest additive technology that allow peak operation in extreme temperature conditions besides providing protection to the gear and clutch system for a longer service life. Consumers may expect minimal formation of sludge and deposits in their motorcycles as well with use of these latest Repsol products.
Repsol Lubricants Director, Antonio Portela was also present to witness the product launch with the UMW team. “Repsol is excited to introduce our new product to the Malaysia market today. The latest Repsol lubricant oil, is engineered to surpass consumer expectations and perform at peak levels in extreme conditions for all local motorcycle types. The Repsol sponsored Honda team, the defending champion in MotoGP is a testament of our product’s reliable performance in professional and normal use,” said Antonio. The Repsol Lubricants Director also noted on the UMW-Repsol collaboration that bore fruit to their growing success in the country and region, “UMW has a strong presence in the regional market and they provide a strong platform for Repsol to grow. Through our collaborated efforts, Repsol has more than 300 outlets throughout the nation and we are looking to expand towards the region as a market leader.”
Both products will be available through official distributors in Malaysia from October onwards and is priced at an affordable and competitive retail pricing.
