The next generation Honda Jazz (’Fit’ in Japan) is now on sale in Japan and it is a segment (for the full hybrid version) best seller in Japan since its launch. This 2015 global model has a claimed fuel mileage of just 36 mpg, according to Honda officials. This fuel sipping feature gives the next generation Jazz the second-highest rating for any five-door subcompact hatchback. (Note, the current Honda Jazz has a highest rating of 31 mpg).

This all new 36-mpg Honda Jazz model will use a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine and Honda’s new continuously variable transmission (CVT). The new 2015 Jazz offers more room in the cabin and added features for the driver.  More information will be released soon.
