Bridgestone Select, Now Open in Malaysia

Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., subsidiary of world’s largest tyre and rubber company, Bridgestone Corporation, today announced the opening of the first ever Bridgestone Select store in Malaysia. The new tyre retail and service outlet, wholly owned by Bridgestone’s retail sales partner, Racing Z Tyre Sdn Bhd, is a concept store dedicated to “Serving The Best For Your Car”.

Bridgestone Select (B-Select) is an entirely new approach to tyre retailing which aims to provide premium service through a customer-friendly environment. Contrary to traditional tyre retail stores, Bridgestone Select sets itself apart by offering a pleasant and inviting store environment where customers are presented with more user-friendly information and greater transparency in the purchase process. The new concept store was first introduced in Australia in 2006, and is now a well-established retail model running successfully in several countries in the region including New Zealand, India, Vietnam, Singapore and South Korea.

Bridgestone Select aims to offer an optimum blend of selected ideals – ENVIRONMENT | SERVICE | TECHNOLOGY | EXPERIENCE | ASSURANCE – with the latest equipment, technology and the assurance of a global brand which prides itself on superior quality, for its customers in Malaysia. Beginning with the tyre selection process, Bridgestone Select presents clear pricing and explanation on its extensive range of products and services to help customers choose a tyre that suits them and their cars best. Car care services including tyre fitment, balancing, and alignment will also be provided at the store for all types of vehicles ranging from compact cars, normal sedans to super sports as well as vehicles equipped with Run Flat Technology tyres. While servicing of cars is being carried out by professional technicians, customers may relax in the store’s lounge with the comfort of refreshments and wireless internet connection. With the open concept setting, customers can enjoy the clean and comfortable environment without having to worry about their cars as they will still be able to view the entire process through a glass panel between the lounge and servicing area.

The new Bridgestone Select store is now open at Racing Z Tyre Sdn Bhd, No.2, Jalan PDR5, Kawasan Perniagaan Desa Ria, 43300 Balakong, Selangor D.E. As part of the on-going nationwide campaign from now till 31^st March 2015, customers who purchase any 4 Bridgestone passenger or 4×4 tyres from the new Bridgestone Select store will also qualify for a Petronas Gift Card with a preloaded value of RM40, or an Alain Delon backpack for free.
