Samsung Galaxy S8+ Has the Most Beautiful Display Ever
It’s difficult to show you just how impressive the Samsung Galaxy S8+’s Infinity Display looks. This 6.2″ screen isn’t just massive, it’s beautiful.
The edges curve along the shape of the body and the corners are rounded too.
This gives images a very surreal, ‘floating’ feel, as if they come from the outer glass layer itself.
Seeing the initial press photos did little to convince us. But having the phone to review for a week changed everything. Individual pixels are impossible to distinguish, further lending to its rich quality.
This makes the S8+ great for 2 activities – watching and taking videos.
When doing the former, you have the option to crop to fit any video to the phone’s odd aspect ratio. You may end up with your subtitles eaten away, but it’s really worth it. Having it in this mode feels like you’re physically holding the video in your hand.
