Mini Classic Goes Electric………Do You Want One?
This is a working model of Classic Mini with an Electric powertrain. It is a one-off vehicle and was produced to show how the original fun city car could be adapted to feature the very latest in drive technology. Sadly it will not be built for sale by BMW management.
Under the classic skin sits an electric powertrain very similar to the 2018 electric modern Mini that has just been showcased.

Mini boss Sebastian Mackensen recently commented that this classic Mini electric takes the brand back to its core values – making next year’s production car launch “pivotal” to its future.
