007’s Defender Is For Sale…estimated RM1.4Million
This unique SVX Defender was the product of a marketing partnership between Jaguar Land Rover, Albert R. Broccoli’s EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations built three bespoke hero cars for the movie, being the Range Rover Sport SVR , Jaguar C-X75 and Land Rover Defender SVX.
This Defender with special 007 registration no. “OO07 SVX” was used during the filming of the James Bond movie SPECTRE (2015). The Defender is one of ten built, based on a Defender 110 crew-cab model. Each of the 10 models was extensively modified and upgraded by Land Rover SVO (Special Vehicle Operations). This unique Defender will be auctioned during the 2018 Bonhams Goodwood Festival of Speed auction on July 13th 2018. The estimated sale price for this unique vehicle is between a very high £220,000 – 250,000.
