BHPetrol Treats Al-Nasuha Orphans to Buka Puasa
In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd (BHPetrol) recently held a buka puasa event with the children of Al-Nasuha Orphanage at Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur.
A total of 85 orphans were treated to a feast together with BHPetrol station operators from the central region and a group of employees from BHPetrol retail department. BHPetrol supply, retail, corporate affairs and public relations general manager Ir Azizul Azily Ahmad was also present to hand over donations and gifts to the children.
The event was an initiative of BHPetrol’s station operators in the central region headed by Col. (Ret.) Masuaod bin Shu, president of BHPetrol dealers association in collaboration with BHPetrol. The orphanage also received cash donations for its daily operations.
The initiative was also carried out as a continuation of Team Ownership Program where BHPetrol runs social programs involving its customers and neighbouring communities in an effort to strengthen its brand.
