VELOCITY MOTOR SHOW @ Desa ParkCity 15-17 September
VMS 2018 is bringing FUN, LIFESTYLE and MUSIC to Plaza Arkadia Outdoor Carpark in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur from 15 to 17 September, 10am to 10pm.
The motor show, organised by FitzGerald Events, is being held for the 3rd consecutive year. This year, it will be a double celebration, as it falls on the same long weekend as Malaysia Day, commemorating both the spirit of unity and the spirit of wheels.
It would not only be a Malaysian affair, but also a gathering of motorcar enthusiasts from all over the region. Entry ticket at only RM10 per day and RM15 for 3-day, VMS 2018 is not just a showcase of good looking cars, the 3-day event is packed with a wide range of activities including all things automotive, extreme sports, entertainment, food, tons of prizes for lucky draw and many more.
One of the highlights of VMS 2018 will be the Big Foot Trucks Show. A series of monster trucks, which are pickup trucks modified with a larger suspension and larger tyres, are making a gigantic entrance in Malaysia. You have seen them in the movies, come and see the real ones for yourself.
Another highlights for this 3rd edition grand event will be the Liberty Walk Thailand and Malaysia pavilion with more than 10 modified machine will be on display. Liberty Walk has evolved throughout its history into one of the world biggest names in automotive tuning.
A motor show can only live up to its name when the motorsport essential, drifting, is part of it. Watch tyres smoke fill the skies at the Drift Challenge. The challenge will be judged by Loyai “War Head” Hanizam, and Malaysia’s Prince of Drift, Tengku Djan Ley.
Witness the multi-national judging panel from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore decides which club has the best sets of wheels at the Car Club Battle. Over at the SQC Club Car Audio Competition, pounding bass from loud cars will make your heart beat faster.
If you are looking for a new car, then you are in for a treat. Free gifts worth over RM5,000 will be given for a booking of a new car throughout the three-day event.
