Hyundai Expands Sales and Service Network in Penang
Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has launched a new Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) 3S centre in Butterworth, further expanding its sales and service network in the Pearl of the Orient.
Operated by CS Euro, the centre will serve customers from the Penang island as well as neighbouring vicinities such as Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, Prai and Nibong Tebal.
Measuring 14,480 sq. ft, the facility houses a showroom, six servicing bays as well as a spare parts centre once renovations works are completed.
Services offered by CS Euro include Quick Service and a lounge with free Wifi access and shuttle service for customers.
With eight years of prior experience in working with European and American automakers, CS Euro is confident of its ability to offer value added services and superior service quality to customers.

With the opening of CS Euro’s 3S centre, Hyundai now has a total of three 3S centres in the state of Penang, including one at Jalan Sungai Pinang on the island and another in Prai, on the mainland.
The showroom opens from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Sunday, while its service centre opens from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Saturday.
