The All-Electric Audi e-tron Comes to Singapore
At last week’s 2020 Singapore Motor Show, Audi showed up in full force with a very complete portfolio of vehicles. But the star of the show was undoubtably the e-tron. This all-electric crossover signals the start of a new beginning for the company.
This is not the South East Asian debut of the e-tron, as Thailand received it about a year ago. There it is priced at 5.099 million baht (RM685,817.03). In Singapore, the e-tron is available from SGD377,500 (RM1,138,873.00) but can be specced up to SGD 399,100. The only drivetrain on offer is the “55 quattro”. It is not likely to come to Malaysia unless the NAP gives allowance for CBU electric vehicles.
The e-tron has a range of 400km, can get from 0-100km/h in 5.7 seconds, and has a top speed of 200km/h. A 95kWh battery powers a motor each at the front and rear axles.
The e-tron is available in the following body colours in Singapore at no additional cost:
- Brilliant Black
- Catalunya Red Metallic
- Floret Silver Metallic
- Galaxy Blue Metallic
- Glacier White Metallic
- Manhattan Gray Metallic
- Myth Black Metallic
- Navarra Blue Metallic
- Siam Beige Metallic
- Typhoon Gray Metallic
Audi is also allowing for customised paint finishes for SGD14,253, like:
- Ipanemabraun Metallic
- Karatbeige Metallic
- Goodwoodgrün Perleffekt (Goodwood Green Pearl Effect)
3 20″ rims and 3 21″ rims are offered at varying costs.
LED headlamps come as standard, but LED-Matrix lights can be optioned for a cool SGD6,391.
Inside, customers can opt for sport seats at the front for SGD3,210.
Milano leather upholstery comes as standard, but Valcona leather can be optioned in for SGD1,969.
