New Volvo 3S Centre Opens for Business in Ara Damansara
Sime Darby Swedish Auto Sdn Bhd has officially unveiled its new Volvo 3S (sales, service & spare parts) centre. The company was appointed Volvo Car Malaysia’s dealer-partner in October last year.
Strategically located as part of Sime Darby Motors City in Ara Damansara, the 4-storey centre features the brand’s Scandinavian heritage and adheres to Volvo Car’s retail standard – the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE).
It is the first 3S centre to be equipped with a Virtual Reality studio and a RATC Bay (Reception at The Counter). All customer parking bays are equipped with an electric vehicle charger.
The showroom is located on the ground floor, while the service centre, complete with car a detailing area, spread across the second and third floors. A wheel alignment and balancing zone is located on the fourth floor.
There are 14 service bays (including two for RATC Bays), which will be managed by a highly skilled after sales team of 18.
Volvo Ara Damansara is located at Block 6, Sime Darby Motors City, 6 Jalan PJU 1A/7, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Operation hours are from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm from Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on Saturdays and 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
The service centre opens from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 8.30 am to 12.45 pm on Saturdays.
