Naza Group’s Auto Brands Back in Operation

Naza Group’s automotive brands will resume operations this week, but in differing capacities.

Here’s how each of its brands are handling the Conditional Movement Control Order.

Mercedes-Benz under NZ Wheels

NZ Wheels’ Klang Autohaus, KL North-East Service Centre and Johor Bahru Autohaus centres will be open strictly to take bookings.

To service one’s car, customers are required to contact their respective service branch.

Kia under Naza Kia Malaysia

Authorised Kia outlets will be resuming full operations in stages.

The Kia Promise programme will be honoured in Malaysia, meaning that customers who missed their scheduled service during the MCO period will not suffer after sales penalties and vehicle warranties that expired during the MCO period will be entertained should parts need to be changed. Customers are also given an additional grace period of two months or 2,000 km (in moderation) beyond the standard six months or 10,000 km service interval to service their vehicle following the end of MCO.

Peugeot under Nasim as well as Citroën and DS under Naza Euro Motors

These 3 French brands will be resuming aftersales services. Customers are required to call in advanced and book an appointment first. All warranties if servicing was supposed to happen during the MCO period. The Customer Service team is reachable at their toll-free number 1800-88-6262, via email [email protected]or via Facebook messenger @peugeotmalaysia.

Naza Automall PJ under Naza Motor Trading

The iconic Naza Automall will resume its regular business. Its opening hours are between 9am and 6pm.

The group says it will take measures to ensure healthy and safety are still given maximum priority during this time.
