Mercedes-AMG A35 4MATIC Edition 1 Hatch Launched for RM380K
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia digitally launched 3 compact AMG models today over Youtube Live and Facebook Live video. The three models are:
- Mercedes-AMG A 35 4MATIC Edition 1
- Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ Edition 1
- Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S 4MATIC+
The Mercedes-AMG A 35 4MATIC 5-door hatchback joins its sedan counterpart, which arrived in Malaysian showrooms in September of 2019.
This 5-door variant is priced at RM379,888, over RM30,000 more expensive than the sedan variant mostly due to the fact that it’s an Edition 1 model with the AMG Aerodynamic package and AMG Night package.
The Mercedes-AMG A 35 4MATIC Edition 1 comes in metallic denim blue. Matt Tech Gold decals cover the side mirror caps and decorate the doors.
The A 35 4MATIC Hatchback comes with 19″ 5-twin spoke aero wheels in matt Tech Gold with high-sheen finish and decorative wheel caps.
In terms of performance, it’s identical to the saloon model. The 2-litre inline 4 turbo engine sends 306hp and 400Nm of torque to all four wheels via an AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7-speed dual clutch transmission. This gives it a respectable 0-100km/h time of just 4.7 seconds.
