Hyundai Launches Aftersales Loyalty Programmes In Malaysia

These programmes offer plenty of discounts and freebies to both existing and new Hyundai customers

Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) is embarking on an effort to improve customer experience with the launch of two new aftersales loyalty programmes that offer multiple benefits.

First up is the Hyundai i-Care Plus, which is created exclusively for owners of Hyundai vehicles that are four years old and older. Through this programme, owners are eligible for six discount vouchers which offer a 10 percent discount on selected parts, and a 5 percent discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oils and an oil filter.

Customers can sign up for this programme at any of Hyundai’s authorised service centres nationwide with a fee of only RM20 for a validity period of 35 months.

Meanwhile, the Loyalty Card comes with the purchase of any Hyundai model. On top of exclusive monthly promotions, members will also enjoy a 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products (only for the month of April), after sales discounts during birthday month, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when purchasing another new Hyundai vehicle.

To register for the complimentary Loyalty Card, existing customers can just visit any authorized Hyundai service centre nationwide.

Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has just launched two new after sales loyalty programmes – the i-Care Plus and a Loyalty Card that offer discounts and freebies exclusively for Hyundai customers.

The Hyundai i-Care Plus programme is only eligible for vehicles that are four years old or older, and customers can sign up for this programme at any of Hyundai’s authorised service centres nationwide. For only RM20, customers will get six discount vouchers which offer a 10 percent discount on selected parts, and a 5 percent discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oils and an oil filter. Available for a limited time from 1st April, the i-Care Plus programme is valid for 35 months from the date of purchase.

The Loyalty Card, on the other hand, is an exclusive privilege that comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai model. Membership privileges include exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products for the month of April. Customers can expect more privileges in the future such as birthday month discounts on after sales service, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when you purchase another new Hyundai vehicle. Existing customers can register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at any Authorized Hyundai Service Centre nationwide and check for promotional updates via Hyundai’s official website: www.hyundai.com.my.
