PEUGEOT 3008 SUV Launched For RM161k In Malaysia
Bermaz and Stellantis has jointly introduced a brand new Peugeot 3008.
The Peugeot 3008 SUV has been a leader in the European SUV market, with more than 800,000 vehicles produced since its launch in 2016. It has achieved outstanding commercial performance in Europe and internationally. Receiving the Car Of The Year 2017 award capped off this success.
Berjaya Auto Alliance who is the new brand guardian in Malaysia is proud to present the new Peugeot 3008 to Malaysians. This SUV was which was first shown in September 2020 in France, is built at the Sochaux plant.
Its inspired new design sets the tone for a new era of modernity with ever more elegance, a redesigned front end, new Full LED rear lights and new body colours.
This new SUV Peugeot 3008 perfectly embodies the power of choice, an idea that brand holds very dear and it comes with a petrol engine, combining driving pleasure and efficiency.
Without compromising on intelligent technologies, the new SUV Peugeot 3008 comes with the latest-generation driving aids, as well as a new PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® with a new high-quality display headset and a new 10-inch high-definition touch screen.
It also comes with seven elegant piano-styled “toggle switches” that allow direct and permanent access to the main comfort functions: audio, air conditioning, navigation with voice command, vehicle settings, telephone, mobile applications and hazard warning lights.
Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ also come as standard and there is wireless smartphone charging located at the center console in this new model.

The stylish design is matched by its responsive performance with the 1.6L Twin Scroll Turbo High Pressure (THP) engine, which delivers a robust 165 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque. The turbocharged engine is paired with a quick-shifting, six-speed automatic transmission and a 2WD drivetrain.
This New PEUGEOT 3008 is locally assembled at the Stellantis manufacturing plant in Gurun, Kedah.
All vehicles built at the Stellantis manufacturing plant in Gurun undergo specific endurance and quality testing in Malaysia, to deliver best-in-class performance for the local conditions and to meet the needs of the Malaysian customer.
This PEUGEOT 3008 has successfully endured 300,000 kilometres of testing in Malaysia’s diverse climate and environmental landscape.
The colour line-up include Amazonite Grey, Pearl White and Nera Black. In addition, the model’s exclusive colour includes Cuprite Brown for the PEUGEOT 3008 making a total of 4 colours available.
Selling price starts from RM161,616.66 for the PEUGEOT 3008 and it inclusive of the 100 percent Sales Tax Reduction (SST) on CKD models and is valid from now to 31st December 2021.
The New PEUGEOT 3008 comes with a 5-Years Manufacturer Warranty with a coverage period up to five years and a mileage limit of 100,000km, whichever comes first.
